I made a little purple crochet purse for my 7 year old, for her birthday.
My 4 year old will soon be turning 5, so I asked her what she wants for her birthday. She told me that she wants a purse just like the one that her sister got.
That made me smile.

I used a smaller hook for the green purse, and I honestly can't remember what size I used for the purple one. I suppose it doesn't matter either way, though. You can really use any size hook for this pattern.
